Submit late-breaking abstracts until November 30th, 2006!

Only online submission of abstracts is accepted. All late-breaking abstracts will be presented either as posters or oral posters.

The abstracts accepted will be published in Shock.

Congress Language

The official language is English.

Accreditation

Provisions are made for the conference participants to be credited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACME) for 40 hours of category I of the Physicians Recognition Award of the American Medical Association.

Deadline for pre-registration
Please note that the deadline for pre-registration is March 5 th, 2007.
Registrations received after that date will be processed onsite only.

Cancellations
Refunds of registration fees will be subjects to a non refundable € 80,00 administration fee. Requests of refund must be received in writing by the organizing secretariat by January 10 th, 2007. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after that date. All refunds will be made after the congress.

Hotel accommodation

As during the week of the conference there is a heavy demand for accommodation in Munich, early reservation is strongly recommended. Please make your booking together with your registration on the attached form. Please note that hotel rooms will be allocated on a ‘first come first serve’ basis.

Your reservation will be confirmed when EUROKONGRESS has received a valid credit card (name, number and expiry date; all major credit cards are accepted) to guarantee the hotel booking. Please settle your invoice directly with the hotel when checking out.

Changes or cancellations must be made in writing to EUROKONGRESS. Please note that in case of total cancellation, in case of cancellation of single nights or no-show, the hotels reserves the right to change the full amount if the hotel room/room nights cannot be resold.
